By using the Trakterás app you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

Trakterás is a digital assistant for farmers: it helps you keep track of fields, machinery, tasks, reminders and financial records, by speaking or typing in Greek. It is provided by Trakteras E.E.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• You provide accurate details and are responsible for keeping your password safe.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• If you suspect unauthorised access, tell us immediately.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• use the service for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to access other people's accounts or data;
• deliberately overload or disrupt the service, or extract data in bulk by automated means;
• upload content that infringes third-party rights or other people's personal data without a lawful basis.

Your content

The data you enter remains yours. You grant us only the limited licence needed to run the service — that is, to store it, show it back to you and process it so the assistant can answer you. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it. See our Privacy Policy for details.

AI-generated answers

The assistant's answers are generated automatically and may contain errors or inaccuracies. They are informational and are not a substitute for agronomic, veterinary, legal, tax or financial advice. Before making an important decision — especially about spraying, dosages, subsidies or tax obligations — verify the information and consult a professional. Responsibility for your decisions rests with you.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may carry out maintenance, or change or discontinue features. We will give you reasonable notice of material changes.

Cost

The current version is provided free of charge. If charges are introduced in future, you will be told before they take effect and can choose whether to continue.

Termination

You can delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or puts the service or other users at risk — with prior notice where reasonable.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data. Nothing here limits our liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence or personal injury, nor affects your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

Governing law

Greek law applies. The courts of Greece have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
