What happens if I hit the free plan's limit?
The assistant tells you, and you can either continue next month or upgrade. Your data is never lost.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, with one click from your profile. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and there is no further charge.
If I cancel, do I lose my fields and records?
No. All your data stays exactly where it is — the account simply returns to the free plan.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The free plan doesn't ask for a card — you only enter payment details if you decide to upgrade.
How does payment work?
By card, through Viva.com. We do not store your card details ourselves.
