Delete your account

You can delete your Trakterás account whenever you like, on your own, without needing to contact us. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

How to do it

From the mobile app (Android or iPhone):

1. Open the menu and tap "My profile".
2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen, to "Delete account".
3. Tap "Delete account" and type the word ΔΙΑΓΡΑΦΗ to confirm.

It works the same on a computer: sign in at trakteras.com, open "My profile" and go to the "Delete account" section.

What gets deleted

Everything is deleted, immediately and permanently:

• your account and sign-in details;
• your profile and anything the assistant has remembered about you;
• your fields, tractors and machinery;
• your reminders and diary entries;
• your income, expenses and any receipt photos you have uploaded;
• all of your conversations with the assistant;
• your notifications and your subscription.

We keep no copy. There is no grace period and no way for us to restore your data afterwards — not even for us. If you need it (for example your expenses for your books), save it before you go ahead.

Database backups are deleted on the next rotation cycle. If you have an active subscription, deleting your account cancels it; the remaining days are not refunded.

If you can't access your account

If you can't sign in to delete the account yourself, email us at info@trakteras.com from the account's email address. We will verify your identity and delete it for you, within one month at the latest, as the GDPR requires.
